Cancellation of Whole Order:
To cancel your entire order, you have two options. Firstly, you can get in touch with our customer service team at 0330 25 35 456 or via email at info@dhamart.pk. Alternatively, you can follow these steps:
Log in to your account and navigate to “My Orders.”
Find the relevant order and click on it.
Locate the "Cancel" button and click on it to cancel the order.
Please note that orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Cancellation of Specific Products from Your Order:
If you wish to cancel specific items within your order, follow these steps:
Log in to your account and go to “My Orders.”
Find the order containing the items you want to cancel and click the "Edit" button.
From there, you can add or remove products as desired.
Please remember that items can only be canceled or removed from the order before it is dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, items cannot be canceled or removed.
Defective or Expired Products:
At the time of delivery, we kindly request you to carefully inspect all products for quality and quantity to avoid any inconvenience. Claims related to product quantity will not be entertained after the products have been delivered. However, unopened products that are found to be broken or expired can be returned within a 3-day period. This policy is in place to prevent misuse of the claim process.
Refund Process for Returns:
Here's the process to follow for refunds in case of returns:
Thoroughly check the quality and quantity of products upon delivery. Claims regarding product quality or quantity cannot be entertained after the delivery has been completed.
Products that do not meet the required quality standards upon opening cannot be returned.
If an unopened product's quality is unsatisfactory, please return it during the delivery. Claims made at a later time will not be accepted.
Please note that we are unable to facilitate returns solely based on personal preferences or dislikes. Returns can only be accepted if there is a genuine quality issue.
Fresh products such as fruits and vegetables cannot be returned once they have been ordered.
